THE CONDITIONS OF THE CLUB ARE: MAXIMUM CLUB CAPACITY 250 PERSONS
DATE RESERVATION INCLUDES: SOUND SYSTEM, TECNICIAN, HOUSE-OPERATED,TICKET BOOTH, AREA MERCHANDISING,BACKSTAGE 1 DRINK PER MUSICIAN and BOTTLED WATER ON-STAGE. The SHOW BEGINS AND ENDS BETWEEN 23:00 a 2:30 h.
DATE RESERVATIONS OPCION A The price of Room will be 75 € of technical expenses for a maximum of 2 groups.
with condition to put the Entry with Item consumed
(Beer ó Refreshment that is left to the group at the cost of 2 €)

To the reservation of date 50 € of bail will deposit.
Reservations are confirmed when payment is received. Any variation on this condition must be made known as soon as possible (At least 15 days before the show or you risk loosing your reservation) OPCION B The price of Room will be 125 € of technical expenses for a maximum of 2 groups.

LOAD-IN AND SOUND
CHECK If absolutely necessary, you can work with your own technician or at a different sound-check time–
advising us with sufficient time and under the condition
that the sound check does not exceed 20:30h.
DAY AND TIME OF THE SHOW All shows should begin at 23:00 h. PA´ BERSE MATAO opens its doors at 22:45, with or without concert, with or without sound check, with or without technical problems. Concerts, performances or events must be finished by 02:30 at the latest. Load-out (removing equipement, stage decorations, etc) must begin before 3:00 and the club, stage and dressing room must be completely empty by 03:30
PROMO WE DO NOT HANDLE POSTERING FOR THE SHOWS (but we can put you in contact with some local companies who do). WE ALSO DO NOT HANDLE ANY HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS OR RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS (but we can provide info on local hotels if necessary)
